Posting a Job Guidelines
How to create an effective and attractive job post on RNGD
RNGD is a video game platform where developers can post jobs, find talent, and collaborate on projects. To help you get the most out of RNGD, we have created some guidelines on how to create a job post that will attract the right candidates and showcase your company and project.
The guidelines are not mandatory, but we recommend them to get the best chance of search appearance and view results. Following the post title guideline is mandatory.
Form
Title of the post: [Company/Hirer name] – is looking for/hiring [Job title] – [Job type: Paid/Full-time/Freelance/Partnership/Crowdsourcing/Contract] – [Country]
Job location: [Country], [City] – [Remote/Onsite/Hybrid]
Job description: A brief summary of the job, the main responsibilities, the expected outcomes, and the benefits of working with you.
Requirements: A list of the skills, qualifications, experience, and tools that are required or preferred for the job.
Plus to have: A list of the skills, qualifications, experience, and tools that are not essential but desirable for the job.
Application process: A clear and simple explanation of how to apply for the job, what documents or samples to submit, and what steps to follow.
Contact information: A way to contact you or your company for any questions or inquiries about the job.
Deadline: The date or time frame by which you want to receive applications or complete the project.
Budget: The amount of money that you are willing to pay for the job or the rate that you are offering. You can also specify if the payment is fixed, hourly, or negotiable.
Why work with us: A section that showcases the perks and advantages of working for your company, such as flexible hours, health insurance, training opportunities, etc. You can also highlight your company’s culture and values, and how they align with your vision and mission.

Job description: We are looking for a creative and talented game designer to join our team and work on our upcoming 2D platformer game. If you want to start posting jobs on the RNGD platform, please follow these steps

- Claim offer: To post a job, you will need the paid Reviewer 🖋️ access level. Choose the offer that suits you best from limited time offers to get the paid Reviewer 🖋️ access level for free. For example, you can retweet one of our tweets, write a blog post about us, or invite your friends to join us. Then click on the claim offer button and fill out the form.
- Upgrade membership: Wait until we review your request and verify your eligibility. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation and your membership will be upgraded. You will now be able to write and post jobs to the jobs board.
- Start writing: Now the posts tab is unlocked. You have the ability to write any type of post, not only job posts. You can write reviews, articles, news, and more.
